(Position Filled) Hiring: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Thrive has an immediate opening for a part-time administrative assistant who can work 10-15 hours each week. This person will help with various administrative tasks and will have specific responsibilities each week. The administrative assistant’s main function is to provide help in organization and general oversite to details that affect the day-to-day operation of the office. Because our team works “as a team”, there will be some occasions when the administrative assistant will be asked to help with special events or other ministry tasks.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist Pastor Mark with the day-to-day operations of the church
• Send out welcome packets
• Work with the outside accounting firm that oversees Thrive’s finances
• Record keeping
• Prepare Leadership Team reports
• Maintain Thrive’s all-church calendar
• Disseminate prayer requests to Thrive’s Prayer Partners
• Maintain Thrive’s online database (PCO)
• Pick up and distribute mail
• Reset sanctuary (mid-week)
• Administrate Thrive’s Ministry Hub each Sunday (in person)
• Attend and take minutes at Thrive’s staff meetings
• Other duties as assigned
